Needles ready, hearts open—come be part of something beautifully woven.
The Needleworkers gather weekly on Tuesday mornings and every other Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM in Room 5 for fellowship, creativity, and service. Whether you're a seasoned crafter or just learning the ropes, join us as we create handmade items with love—supporting missions, comforting those in need, and sharing God's grace one stitch at a time.

Wednesday Weavers
Weaving Hope with Plarn
Turn everyday plastic shopping bags into something extraordinary! By creating plarn—plastic yarn—we transform waste into durable, water-resistant sleeping mats for people facing homelessness or displacement. These mats offer comfort, warmth, and dignity, while also keeping thousands of bags out of landfills.
The Wednesday Weavers meet weekly at 10 am in Room 5 or the Fellowship Hall to turn waste into warmth. No experience is needed—just willing hands and a compassionate heart. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or simply curious, you’ll find a welcoming community and a meaningful way to care for others and protect the environment.
You can help even if you don’t weave! Before donating, please flatten and inspect your shopping bags—make sure they’re clean, free from rips and tears, and neatly stacked. This simple step saves our weavers valuable time. Bags can be left in the basket on the Missions table.
